Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers ShopfrontStack and is effective as of August 2026. The honest summary: this is a static website that reviews software. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no data we're trying to accumulate.

What we collect

If you use the email form or write to us directly, we receive what you send — typically a name, an email address, and your message — and we use it only to reply. If you join the monthly email list, we store your address for that single purpose; every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. We don't sell, rent, or share either with anyone.

Cookies, analytics, and logs

ShopfrontStack itself sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs — IP address, pages requested, timestamps — for security and uptime, retained briefly and not used to profile anyone. Any analytics we run are aggregate page counts, not individual tracking.

Affiliate links

Links that start with /go/ take you to a website builder's own site, sometimes through an affiliate program that may set cookies in your browser to credit the referral. Once you leave ShopfrontStack, that builder's own privacy policy applies — we don't see what you do there beyond, in some cases, an anonymous notice that a purchase happened. The commercial side is explained in our affiliate disclosure.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you — usually nothing, or one email thread — or to have it deleted. If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
